2. Ask around. You
can inquire about installing solar power system from your local city engineer
or solar specialist if you have one in your area. Who knows, they can even give
you some pointers or let you attend some seminars on the proper way of creating
and installing solar panels at home.
3. Browse and read

to 12v inverter power systems. There are helpful sites which offer a
comprehensive guide on how to build your own solar panel the easy way and at a
cheap price.
4. Start small.
You have to remember that you are not an expert on this. Make one or two solar
panels and test them first on a few appliances or lighting fixtures. You can
choose to illuminate your front yard first and see if it's working or not. If
it's working properly, then you can make additional solar panels to power your
other appliances and gadgets, then your whole house.
